I will be teaching an Fine Silver and Enamel Ring class at BeadFX in Toronto.

Day 1: Saturday, August 27, 2016 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Day 2: Sunday, August 28, 2016 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Course outline: In this class, you will use extra-hard eutectic solder to create jewellery forms that can withstand the high temperatures of enamelling. You will make a fine silver ring band with rail edges that will frame and protect an enamelled design. The enamelled design can be created either using cloisonné wire, or using painting techniques with graphite detailing. Fall in love with the luminous glow of glass fused to metal!
