Cloisonné Enamel on Sheet Metal

I will be teaching a Cloisonné Enamel on Sheet Metal course at BeadFX in Toronto.

Day 1: Sunday, March 13, 2016 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM
Day 2: Sunday, March 20, 2016 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM

Course outline: Cloisonné is a style of enamelling that uses fine wires to create a design of glass and metal. The wires are used to form partitions – cloisons – that aid in colour shading and help to create the overall design. In this class, students will create original jewellery designs or components using copper or fine silver sheet metal, fine silver wire and colourful vitreous glass enamel. Fall in love with the luminous glow of glass fused to metal!
